Urban Patterns lead the careful restoration of a turn-of-the-century homestead into a modern, but historically-inspired retreat. The restoration required all new infrastructure, including a bridge to access the site, and utilized local crafts-people to realize a sophisticated, modern retreat with hand crafted details.
